Deposit Policy
- 50% deposit due with reservation, remainder due thirty days before occupancy. You may mail a check or use the links to Paypal.
- For seasonal guests, 25% deposit before Labor Day, additional 25% due January 1, and remainder due thirty days before occupancy.
