All of the outbuildings at Bearhurst-originally the boathouse, the icehouse and horse stalls, and estate kitchens-have been renovated into charming cottages that provide modern comforts while retaining their turn-of-the-century appeal. Each is distinctively furnished, has a well-equipped kitchen, television, DVD player, and are immaculately maintained.

While the inside of the cottage is charming and comfortable, the world outside is nothing short of spectacular! Here, we see nature at its finest–beautiful sunsets over the lake against a backdrop of ascending mountains. With 1200 feet of lake front property, Bearhurst gives our guests both privacy and wonderful access to lakeside activities. A spacious dock invites swimming, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, fishing, water-skiing, or just sitting in the sun with a good book.  We have a canoe and several kayaks available for guest use.
